TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the Internet shop must specify the terms of delivery and return of the goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contrac.

Distance contract

The seller of the goods, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person who makes the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, concludes the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the Goods to the Buyer, in accordance with the Buyer's order.

Delivery and payment

The Buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Buyer has to pay for the items ordered using the Internet-based payment tools (within existing web shop) or upon receiving the invoice issued by the Seller. The bill is prepared electronically and is valid without signatures.

From the date of payment received the Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 20 calendar days. Delivery time is agreed between the Seller and the Buyer.

Return of the goods ordered

The Buyer has the right to return the Order within 14 calendar days (from the date when goods received) by informing the Seller in written (electronically) on order return. The Seller sends the letter of withdrawal to the Buyer by e-mail at the request of the Buyer.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 calendar days after sending the refusal letter. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the ordered goods are made upon individual order (tailored made) for the Buyer.

Section 12, Paragraph 11 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "The consumer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods". The Seller reserves the right to refuse to use the right of withdrawal or withhold the compensation to the Buyer if the product is damaged, during the period of use, negligently handling the product or failing to comply with the instructions.

Data processing

By entering the necessary information upon making an order, the Buyer confirms that she/he acknowledges and agrees that the data provided by the Buyer is used to enable the Seller to accept and process the Buyer's order and to deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Latvia. The Buyer agrees that notifications relating to the Buyer's order processing will be sent to the Buyer’s indicated e-mail.
